This is what is being requested of Mary and her household in the gospel reading. Day By Day Gospel Reflection For January 28, 2023
The woman reaches out and touches the hem of Jesus’ cloak. In both tales, the act of touching brings life where there was death, healing where there was illness. The Lord wants to the touch our lives in a therapeutic and life-giving means, as he touched the life of Jairus’ daughter.
But God’s magnificent plan has me where I need to be, experiencing what I must experience for His larger glory.
